  The cultural relevance of this essential institution that offers to all is essential to the town of Hawkesbury and all those who visit this town. After signing a valid and lengthy legal lease with the city of Hawkesbury , the current mayor opted to have them evicted. In a close door session the city council voted 4-3 in favor of eviction in July 2016. The citizens of Hawkesbury a city on the abyss of bankruptcy is using tax money to pursue legal actions against this cultural centre. The current mayor who wishes to interject herself in this project is not qualified to run a pet shop with one pet in the shop. The downtown area where businesses have disappeared looks like Hiroshima after the bomb destroyed it!
  
  Businesses have fled this town and there isn't a street that doesn't have a multitude of homes for sales. This coming May 30th the city will meet and the public will be allow to ask questions, this situation is a legal matter and I am positive that mayor will defer all questions pertaining to this situation because of its pending legal status.
  
  The citizens of Hawkesbury should demand a recall and hold the current mayor and counsel in contempt and demand her resignation and that of the counsel. Under the current administration there is no hope for high school graduates to ever remain in the town of Hawkesbury, the future is none existent. There is no employment for the majority of them and the only centre that offers exposure to young talented is on the brinks of being a thing of the pass.
